Introducing the New StatusPage for Entrust DCS Products

We’re excited to announce the launch of our StatusPage for Entrust Digital Card Solutions (DCS) products!

This new feature is designed to keep you informed about the real-time operational status of our services, ensuring transparency and improving your support experience.


What is StatusPage?

StatusPage is a centralised platform where you can:

  • Monitor service health: See if all systems are operational or if there are any incidents.
  • Get real-time updates: Stay informed about maintenance schedules and incident resolutions.


How to access it?

Event Details

The Subscribe feature is not yet available, but will be soon.

In the StatusPage interface, you can easily check the real-time status of different products and overall platform health. Additionally, you have access to details about upcoming maintenance events as well as a history of past incidents.

Status

With the new StatusPage platform, events such as incidents, system degradation, or scheduled maintenance will automatically appear at the top of the page in a colour-coded banner, accompanied by a brief description of the latest update.
