If you or your service providers need to change an SSL server certificate on a URL used by Entrust services—whether for renewal or any other reason—please contact us at least one week before the planned change

 We will verify whether a change in the Certificate Authority (CA) is required. If necessary, we will require the new CA to trust.


Note: Failure to notify us in time may result in a complete service interruption for any actions performed on the affected URL.
